A Space Designed for Comfort, Choice and Consent
At Karuna Wellbeing, everything is paced with you. You’re never expected to “push through”, share more than you want to, or tolerate anything that doesn’t feel right. This page walks you through what your experience may look like, so you can arrive feeling informed and supported.
Before your appointment
Booking
You can book online, message, or email — whatever feels easiest. There’s no pressure to explain everything upfront. A simple “I’d like to book” is enough.
A medical questionnaire will be required before your appointment can be done in your own time or in clinic on the day; this is to ensure that its safe and exactly what is needed.
Access & Needs
If you have sensory preferences, mobility needs, communication preferences, or anything that helps you feel comfortable, you’re welcome to share them. You can also arrive without sharing anything in advance — both are completely okay.
