Not Sure What you need? That's completely Okay

You don’t have to choose the “right” therapy straight away. Many clients start with a simple conversation where we explore:

  • What you’re carrying

  • What feels manageable

  • What you’d like more or less of

  • Any sensory or access needs

  • What helps you feel safe

From there, we decide together what might support you best.

There’s no pressure — a simple “I’d like to book” is enough.

Accessibility & Sensory Support

Karuna Wellbeing is committed to inclusive, trauma-aware practice. You’re welcome to share any needs or preferences, such as:

  • Lighting adjustments

  • Music on/off

  • Extra pillows or bolsters

  • Door slightly open

  • Clear step-by-step explanations

  • No physical touch unless agreed

  • Time to settle before starting

You can also arrive without sharing anything in advance — both are completely valid.

What Sessions Feel like

Sessions are calm, collaborative and paced with you. You can:

  • Pause

  • Ask questions

  • Change your mind

  • Take breaks

  • Adjust pressure or positioning

  • Stop at any time

There is no expectation to relax perfectly, lie still, or “do it right”.

If you're Feeling Nervous

You’re not alone — many clients feel this way.

You’re welcome to:

  • Visit the space briefly before booking

  • Bring a support person 

  • Start with a shorter session

  • Ask for a step-by-step walkthrough

  • Share as much or as little as you want

Your comfort is the priority.
